Q. What is the delivery status of my order?
A. All products are made to order, please allow processing and shipping time. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes tracking.
Please be aware that the date of arrival will vary on the region of the delivery address.
Q: Can I change the products in my order?
A. We are not able to add or delete products in your order, but we may be able to change the size or colour of the product if the order has not been shipped out yet.
Please send us an email that includes your order number, along with the size/colour of the product that you want to change to and from.
Q. Can I return/exchange an order that I have received?
A. All sales are final, no returns or exchanges - only exception is if the product is damaged at the time of arrival or if the incorrect product was shipped.
